For the exhibition Modifikation—stetig steigende Steine (Modification—Constantly Climbing Stones) at the Kunstverein Ruhr in Essen, Germany, two pillars in the gallery space were walled in with differently shaped bricks manufactured specifically for this purpose. The multiple consists of one brick each from the two bonds.
